Abstract

|
Three cases of annular pancreas causing duodenal obstruction in 20 months boy, 7 days old girl and 4 days old boy were treated sucessfully by duodenojejunostomy and gastrojejunostomy at S.N.U. Hospital.
All Patient had bile tinged vomiting and so called double bubble sign on simple abdomen film. With this cases report, historical background, embryology, symptomatology, and method of surgical procedures from literatures are discussed in this paper.
